01Are you available on our date?

Yes — currently available. To confirm, I'll send a booking link, contract, and invoice for the retainer.

02How do we book you?

Booking is simple: confirm your package and hours, sign the contract online, and pay the retainer. Your date is secured once both are complete.

03Do you offer engagement shoots?

Yes — engagement sessions are available as an add-on or included in certain packages.

04How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 6–18 months ahead — peak Saturdays go fastest. If your date is soon, still reach out. Last-minute openings do happen.

05What packages do you offer and what's included?

Packages are built around coverage hours, editing, and delivery. Add-ons include a second photographer, engagement shoot, albums, and extra hours.

06How many hours do we need?
  • 6 hours — ceremony, portraits & some reception
  • 8 hours — prep through key reception moments
  • 10–12 hours — full story including morning prep & late dancing
07Do you bring a second shooter?

Optional. A second photographer adds multiple angles, suits larger weddings, and allows parallel coverage — like both partners getting ready at the same time.

08Can we add extra hours on the day?

Yes — if I'm available, you can extend coverage on the day at the hourly rate.

09What's your photography style?

I blend documentary storytelling — capturing real moments as they unfold — with relaxed, guided portraits that feel natural and timeless.

10Do you pose us? We're awkward in front of cameras!

Totally normal — most couples feel this way. I give simple prompts and gentle direction so you look and feel natural. No stiff posing, ever.

11Do you shoot candid or traditional?

Mostly candid, with time built in for family formals and couple portraits. The best images usually happen in between.

Planning & Logistics
12Can you help us build a timeline?

Yes — timeline planning is included. I'll suggest the best timing for portraits, travel between locations, and golden hour light.

13What do you need from us before the wedding?

Key contacts, venue addresses, a rough timeline, and a family formals list. Also any "must-have" moments you want me to prioritise.

14Have you shot at our venue? Do you do a venue visit?

If I've been there before, great. If not, I'll research thoroughly and arrive early to scout on the day. A separate visit is optional.

15What if it rains or the light is bad?

I'm fully prepared — lighting gear and an indoor portrait backup plan. Honestly, rain can make for some of the most beautiful, moody images.

Your Gallery & Deliverables
16How many photos will we receive?

It depends on your wedding size and coverage hours. A typical full-day delivers around 400–800 fully edited images.

17When will we get our photos?

Turnaround is typically 2–8 weeks depending on the season. You'll receive a sneak-peek preview within a few days if that's included in your package.

18How do we receive our photos?

Via a private online gallery — easy to download, share with family, and order prints or albums directly through the gallery.

19Do you provide RAW files?

RAW files aren't delivered — they're unfinished, unedited images. You'll receive fully edited, high-resolution JPEGs in my signature style.

20What editing is included? Can you retouch?

Every delivered image is colour-corrected and polished in my signature style. Light retouching is available on selected images upon request.

Pricing & Rights
21What's the retainer and payment schedule?

A retainer is required to secure your date, with the balance due closer to the wedding. Full details are in your contract.

22Do you charge for travel?

Local travel is included. Longer distances may carry a travel fee, and destination weddings are quoted individually.

23Can we print and share our photos?

Absolutely — personal printing and sharing are fully included. I just ask that you don't apply heavy filters that alter the edited look.

24Do you post our photos online?

Only with your permission. If you'd prefer privacy, you can opt out entirely — your images will never appear on my website or social media.

Safety & Day-Of Details
25What happens if you're ill or have an emergency?

I have a backup plan and a trusted network of professional photographers. You will always be covered.

26Do you back up our photos?

Yes — I use dual memory cards on the day, so images are backed up in-camera from the start. Multiple backups are made after, and your gallery is archived for a period following delivery.

27Do you photograph group shots and family formals?

Yes — share your shot list in advance and assign someone to help gather people. It keeps things quick and stress-free.

28Do you stay for the whole reception?

Coverage depends on the hours booked. Most couples prioritise first dance, speeches, cake cutting, and 30–60 minutes of open dancing before I wrap up.

29Can you photograph details — dress, rings, décor?

Absolutely — detail shots are part of telling the full story of your day. Having items set aside and ready helps me capture them beautifully.
